Afternoon Anthony,

The kitchen is just about done, we just came back from picking out new wallpaper and setting up a date to have that put up.  Dan or Rich will put that piece of trim once you get it from the company and with that Built Right will have completed the remodel of our kitchen.

Fern & I want to thank you for all your help in designing and getting the right products for this project.  The headaches had been kept to a bare minimal, I can say that living in a house while dormers were going up and a bathroom being ripped out.  Once the wallpaper is up I will take the final set of photos and will mail you a CD for you to use as you please.  Fern loves the countertop and the fact that she has a frig that makes ice and cold water.  No more ice trays for this house or buying ice (unless it’s for a big party).  We have passed your name & Jeff’s for friends who were talking about doing a remodel of their kitchen.

Dear Anthony. 

I am so happy that we were able to meet, share ideas, and have you design a NYC styled spa bath.  From the moment you arrived, with your box of donuts, (smile) you were very positive and upbeat and even more excited about the project than I.  You kept in constant communication with me throughout the process, whether by phone, e-mails or texting.    You were always trying to find ways to save me money, shopping for different products, and find me the best deals in all the products including the granite prices and top-rate installation.  I really appreciate your hard work and honesty and your commitment to make me happy.  I loved your design ideas, and choices of fixtures, and tile colors. Without your confidence of how awesome the bathroom would look I would have probably just picked a basic "beige" to play it safe I'm glad I let you take the reins and do it your way.  I'd like to think I have good design sense, but when it comes to my own home I can't make up my mind.   You are truly a wonderful, hard-working and honest individual.  I'm so glad we were able to meet through our real estate deal.  I think the master bath came awesome... My kids all think it's really cool!  Thank you again for your hard work and dedication.   I wish you the best in all your future projects.  I will certainly recommend NYCKD to all my contacts!

Anzalone Family – 5/18/2009

My husband and I were fortunate to meet Anthony from NYCKD at the home show on Long Island.  We had recently purchased our first home and we needless to say, we needed renovations.  We began with our kitchen and we were on a tight budget.  We needed quality cabinets and countertops that would be cost efficient, durable and modern.  Most importantly, we needed our kitchen to last.  

We met with Anthony at NYCKD the following weekend.  Their location was central and easy to find.  Anthony worked with us to fit our needs within our budget.  Not only did Anthony exceed our expectations with the cabinets and countertops we ordered, we were impressed with the variety of choices that NYCKD offered us for the price.  We left NYCKD with peace of mind, knowing that we made the right choice.  

When our kitchen was installed we were very impressed with the look of the cabinets.  The countertops were beautiful and we were happy with the workers who installed them.  They were sensitive to our needs and were able to answer all of our questions.  The cabinets and countertops were delivered right to our door and we did not have to go to a warehouse to pick them up.  NYCKD arranged everything from the delivery to the installation, which was wonderful considering our busy lifestyle.  They were accommodating to our schedule and kept us up to date on the schedule of the delivery.

Not only are we completely satisfied with our new kitchen, we are extremely pleased with the quality of customer service NYCKD offered us.  Anthony went above and beyond by acting as a liaison between my contractor, the cabinet company and ourselves. Many of our questions that could not be addressed by our contractor in a timely fashion were addressed by Anthony immediately.  He was very easy to get a hold of, and when we had to leave a message, he got back to us within minutes.

We would recommend NYCKD to my family, friends and coworkers. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking to renovate, especially a first time homebuyer like ourselves. We look forward to dealing with NYCKD next year when we redo our bathroom.
